Kate, Walterboro has a lot of low income people and a lot of crime that involves them. It seems to be in the news a lot with the crime. What the TV news doesn't say is what a nice community it really is! This Sanctuary is one example as it the renovated downtown area and the festivals and local activities. We rather like Walterboro!
It looks like a nice quiet sanctuary. Tell me please why it gets such a bad rap?
