Folly Beach in the Summer

Typical of beach communities, Folly Beach becomes very crowded in the summer but is quiet in the winter.  This day was cloudy and cool for this time of year but the crowds were still there.

    I believe that's the highest (public) view place on Folly. Great vista for a first-time visitor.

    It's next to the only traffic light on the island.

    I was born on Folly Beach 73 years ago.
