Shutter Law

I think there must be a law that I didn't hear about that says all shutters in the Lowcountry must be black!  That is cool, the shutters on our house just happen to be black.  But I remember seeing some that were green, and maroon too.  Oh, dear, someone must be breaking the law! Shutter Law!!

After the pink house that I posted yesterday ( with black shutters of course), this one is my favorite. I love what they have done. And don't you just LOVE the South Carolina flag? I think it is the best state flag there is!  OK, you can't really see it but I will look for another picture of it that you can see.  It is cool with the little moon and the palm tree.
